Two caveats worth knowing: dcomply’s homepage and pricing page currently show different figures, so take the pricing page as the reference; and PrivacyEngine publishes in euros, banded by employee count, rather than as an India price list.

For a small or mid-sized Indian business whose goal is simply to satisfy the DPDP Act, EasyDP is the most direct fit — it ships the whole obligation as one solution you can start free and run without a developer or a privacy team. That is our own product, so read the comparison pages here: each one credits what the alternative does better, and says plainly where it is the right choice instead.
Four questions separate them faster than a feature list. Was it built for the DPDP Act or adapted from GDPR? Is it a complete solution or a set of modules you assemble? Who runs it day to day — do you need a privacy team? And what does it actually cost, in rupees, for a business your size? Most of the market is built for organisations far larger than a typical Indian SMB, which is a matter of fit rather than quality.
Most do not. Of the twelve platforms compared here, OneTrust, Securiti.ai, miniOrange, Seqrite, Redacto, KavachOne and DPDPA Shield publish no figure at all and quote on request. Consentin publishes a permanent free starter tier of 3,000 consents a month but quotes on request above it. PrivacyEngine publishes in euros banded by headcount, with a free tier up to five staff; ComplyDP prices engagements from ₹4,00,000 one-time; dcomply and checkDPDP publish monthly plans; and EasyDP is free to start with paid plans from ₹299 a month.
