"Live sync with your software" is webhooks — EasyDP posts consent and request events to your system as they happen, so your records stay current without anyone re-keying them. Available from Starter.

A new customer is someone you add to EasyDP during that billing month. Your plan is based on new customers added, not the size of your existing customer list.
No. Existing customers do not count again toward monthly usage. Keep personal data only while you have a valid business or legal need for it, in line with your retention obligations.
Yes. Each plan includes one permission request per new customer. Free includes email and web-form requests; paid plans add WhatsApp and SMS, automatically selected per customer.
Message credits are for optional broadcasts to customers who have opted in, such as offers and updates. They are separate from the permission request included with each new customer.
Yes. A plain import of up to 1,000 customers is free on every plan. Larger imports and imports that send a consent notice have separate one-time charges.
Yes. Plans can be cancelled at any time. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is additional.
