Will EasyDP work with the software I already use?

Yes — that's the design goal. Shopify and WooCommerce stores connect through our plugins, in early access now. Custom sites use a snippet or our REST API. Every other business — offline shops, billing software, spreadsheets — starts with a simple CSV import, and can export the same way. You don't rebuild your billing, CRM, or store; EasyDP plugs into them.

What does EasyDP cost?

EasyDP is free to start — no credit card needed. Paid plans begin at ₹299/month and are based on how many new customers you add each month, not your total customer count. Permission requests (one message per new customer) are included. Sending broadcast campaigns to existing customers uses separate message credits. Full details on the pricing page.

Who does the setup — us or you?

You, in about 30 minutes, without a developer — the setup is add-a-snippet or upload-a-CSV. During early access, the EasyDP team walks every business through it on a call, so you're never doing it alone.

Does EasyDP replace my lawyer or CA?

No — and it shouldn't. Software runs the every-day obligations: collecting consent, answering data requests, keeping records. Your CA or lawyer handles judgment calls. We've written honestly about when you need which — many businesses need both, working together.

Is my customers' data safe with EasyDP?

EasyDP processes your customer data for one purpose only: running your DPDP compliance. Access is restricted, records are encrypted, and every action lands in the same audit log you'd show an inspector. We publish how we handle data in plain language in our privacy policy.

What happens after I join early access?
