When a business uses EasyDP, we act as a Data Processor under the DPDP Act. We process their customers' personal data only on the business's instructions, to deliver consent management, data-request handling, notices, and audit logs.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@easydp.in and we will respond within the timelines the DPDP Act requires.
5. Security & retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
